We want to help you catch bad guys.
If the matter concerns non-consensual action or involves a minor, you do not need a subpoena/warrant/court order. Simply send a request from your law enforcement agency to abuse@XposeHub.com, and we will respond with any information we can provide. Please note, as we are primarily an index of content from other freely available sites, we may not be able to provide any original banner information. Please include the specific link to the advertisement in question, as well as a copy of your Law Enforcement ID showing name, address, title, organization, and your boss’s ID. Approach us with respect, and we will do the same. We are not under your jurisdiction or country, and we will not honor requests made in disregard of our sovereign possession.
The owner’s personal stance is that those who traffic or prey on others (including minors) should be prosecuted, and we are eager to assist law enforcement in any way we can in these cases. Please also include in your request a copy (scan) of your Identification including name, formal assignment, address, phone number, and agency ID. We receive a lot of fake requests, so we cannot provide information to unverified sources.
Please include a link to the ad or ads in question. This will allow us to track down the data and get back to you much quicker. A link will look something like http://www.XposeHub.com/backpage-auburn/massage/dainty-curvy-25-yr-old-dayton/5172697171234. If you can’t enter long addresses like this in your form, you may instead include the ad ID. In the example link above, the ad ID would be 5172697171234 – that is, the numbers after the last slash.
If the only information you have is a phone number, we will try to assist you, but note that individuals change and delete their phone numbers. They also do not always place them in their user profiles and may type them in a combination of words and numbers to make them harder to search.
We aim to respond to all law enforcement inquiries within 48 hours or less. If you do not hear from us within 96 hours, please email again, as there may have been a human or anti-spam filter error.
We are often asked for a legal department or physical address to send subpoenas to. These requests appear to be specific to American law enforcement. We do not have a physical address or systems in the U.S., nor is it our policy to travel to the U.S. to confirm in any court proceedings. Any formal legal notification should be served through the court systems of Ukraine or Bosnia-Herzegovina. However, we wish to assist in any way we can, and a casual request is sufficient as long as you provide the aforementioned information.
